Roger is a life long entrepreneur with a passion for driving innovation in the health and wellness industry. He founded Book4Time in 2004 as the first cloud-based Spa Management solution for the Hotel & Resort Spas.
As the company’s CEO and principal visionary, Roger is at the helm of innovation in everything the company does – from launching new products, business strategy to customer onboarding and satisfaction, ensuring the company’s vision and focus always remains on the forefront.
Prior to Book4Time, Roger founded Capture.Net, a software company he nurtured from initial start-up to rank #14 on Canada’s Profit 100 hottest start-ups list, subsequently acquired by a division of Oracle. Prior to that he pioneered the retail industry’s first real-time Point-of-Sale system when the Internet was still in its infancy. Shortly after the technology was acquired by a division of Authorize.Net.
Roger is passionate about coaching and investing in aspiring tech entrepreneurs through his holding company RAPN Ventures.
Chief Architect / Co-creator
Tim is the technical visionary and chief architect of Book4Time’s Spa Management platform. Passionate about solving complex technical problems and bringing ideas to life, as the Co-creator Tim is at the helm of driving innovation at Book4Time.
Prior to Book4Time, Tim worked as a Senior Engineer at Capture.Net where he played a leading technical role in the design and development of the company’s loyalty points program and next generation POS system. Prior to that he worked on a variety of challenging projects such as a Video On-Demand service, Police Registry System and a Call Centre Management product.
As an experienced technical leader, Tim brings over 18 years of software engineering experience to the team and continues to oversees all aspects of product engineering from influencing product design, architecting systems to production delivery and overall technical management of the company’s Amazon EC2 cloud hosting services.
David is a CPA, CMA and is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of experience building teams, processes and leading companies through organic growth and M&A.
Prior to Book4Time, David served as Head of Finance for various companies in the private and public sector, managing corporate finance teams at companies such as Lifestyles, Hazmasters, SNC-Lavalin and Viva Labs, where during his tenure he developed his innate passion for technology’s role in health and wellness.
At Book4Time, David oversees the company’s compliance, Financial, HR and Risk Management operations. Since joining the organization, David has played a key role in implementing new systems and financial KPI’s to help drive Book4Time’s next wave of growth.
VP Global Sales
Sean leads all aspects of Book4Time’s global sales strategy and execution and is passionate about helping our customers increase revenues, improve the guest experience and increase loyalty and retention.
Sean brings more than a decade of experience in building high-performance sales teams and driving revenue growth in both enterprise and SMB markets.
Prior to joining Book4Time, Sean founded SalesAcademy.com, a boutique SaaS and high technology sales consulting firm and CustomerCentric Selling Business Partner.
Before starting his consulting company, Sean spent 8 years at SAP. In his last role at SAP, he led the Canadian Small Medium Enterprise (SME) commercial sales organization. Prior to SAP, Sean held sales and sales management roles at Bodog, one of the internet gaming pioneers, and at Mosaic, North America’s largest outsourced sales and marketing firm.
Vinay is a dynamic and accomplished leader with extensive experience building and leading global operations and customer-centric service delivery teams.
Prior to joining Book4Time, Vinay spent 15 years in similar roles leading client services and global support organizations for SAP, VMware and Symantec Cloud as coach and mentor to cross-functional teams.
As the VP of Operations, Vinay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to build, coach and lead Book4Time’s global expansion with direct responsibility for customer satisfaction, retention and operations with the ultimate goal of driving the best customer experience for our clients.
His passion for customer success and leading by example continues to play a key role in driving the highest client retention and satisfaction rate in our industry.
