Wellness industry management software company looks to build off of successful 2018 with the addition of innovative new product offerings
TORONTO – Feb. 26, 2019 – After experiencing record growth in 2018, Book4Time, the leading booking platform and business management software provider for wellness companies, today announces its 2019 outlook.
Solidifying its leadership status nationally and internationally as the premier provider of spa and wellness management software, Book4Time saw overall growth in 2018 for its current product offerings, as well as increased demand in the hotel and resort market and casino spas. For 2019, the company anticipates continued growth in these areas and plans to introduce additional innovative products and features to its platform to continue to serve the wellness industry.
In 2018, Book4Time achieved 192 percent growth in new accounts year-over-year, 214 percent growth in new bookings, and new adoption of Book4Time’s technology by renowned brands, including: Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Equinox Fitness, Minor Hotels, Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, COMO Hotels and Resorts, Trump Hotels, Dusit Hotels & Resorts, LHM, Groupe Germain Hotels, and Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
Book4Time saw particularly strong growth in the casino spa vertical, with casino clients looking to improve their overall guest experience. In 2018, Book4Time partnered with systems like Playersoft, Bally’s CMP and Aristocrat to enable guests to redeem player points in the spa. Accounts added in 2018 include: Sycuan Casino Resort, Thunder Valley Casino Resort, Caesars Paris Las Vegas, Caesars Dubai, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
In 2019, Book4Time anticipates continued growth in the casino spa vertical, and will also introduce new products throughout the year to serve a broader wellness technology market. It’s intake form product, Guest Intake, currently serves wellness companies of all kinds – including those who are required to be HIPAA compliant. The product experienced 362 percent month-over-month growth this past December, and Book4Time anticipates continued adoption.
Additionally, the company will increase focus and investment in international markets. More than 45 percent of Book4Time’s new business came from outside of North America in 2018. China was its fastest-growing market, and the Asia Pacific was its fastest-growing region. The company also experienced continued strong growth in North America, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America.
“For 2019, we’re looking to continue to grow our reputation as a leading wellness technology company. Our growth, coupled with the creation of new products, has allowed us to reposition ourselves beyond spas while still serving our core clients,” said Roger Sholanki, CEO of Book4Time. “Our growth allowed us to reach even more milestones, including doubling our space in our corporate headquarters and our Manila office. I expect we’ll experience similar success in 2019.”
