Spa management software company finishes Q4 2018 with continued growth for main product offerings and new product integrations
TORONTO – Feb. 13, 2019 – Book4Time, the leading global provider of next-generation spa management software, finished 2018 by continuing its record-breaking growth, achieving 178 percent year-over-year growth for the quarter. The company also experienced significant adoption and growth for Guest Intake, its new platform for creating a better intake experience for guests, with 362 percent month-over-month growth in December.
Book4Time can attribute much of this growth to the new, innovative product integrations it introduced over the course of the quarter:
- Cegid WinRetail – an inventory management tool from the providers of performance-enhancing cloud management solutions
- DemandForce– an easy-to-use online platform designed to automate and optimize marketing and communications
The quarter also saw Book4Time’s integration into Talbot and Associates, Inc., (TAI) Club Management’s product, TAI Membership Management. TAI Club Management provides solutions to the private club and public golf course market sector, building and developing the most comprehensive and flexible software in the industry. The integration furthers Book4Time’s capacity to serve private clubs and public golf courses – an industry it foresees significant growth in for Book4Time during the coming years.
Book4Time also brought new brands into its network of customers, including:
- Dusit Hotels & Resorts – a multinational hospitality company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, with locations in Thailand, China, the Philippines and 15 other countries.
- Playa Resorts – luxury all-inclusive oceanfront resorts in the Caribbean, Jamaica, and Mexico.
- Natura Bissé – a provider of products and spa treatments found in select retailers, beauty centers and luxury hotels in 36 countries worldwide.
