Introducing the latest update to Spa Executive
We wanted to share with you some of the new developments we’re excited about at Spa Executive.
We recently launched a new digital, page-turning version of the magazine to go along with the website, which features a real spa executive on the cover each month. So far, we’ve had the privilege of talking with Shane Bird of Turning Stone Resort & Casino about what it takes to run an award winning spa, Deirdre Strunk of Canyon Ranch about the challenges currently facing the industry, and AccorHotels’ Daniel Poulin about what makes a successful spa director.
We continue to explore the topics of technology disruptions, retail sales, operational efficiency, and to pay close attention to the area of staffing and employee retention. Talent shortages and high employee turnover continue to be a problem in this industry.
