2018 has been an incredible year for Book4Time, and one of the best in our company’s history. Here are some of the highlights of the year, along with a sneak peak of our plans for 2019.
Book4Time experienced record growth in 2018
Book4Time saw a huge increase in year-over-year growth.
In response to an international demand for our services, we’ve expanded our sales presence into the Middle East and Africa region. We’ve also increased presence throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, bringing our total number of countries of operation to over 70.
As a result of this growth, we’ve expanded our team and have welcomed several new team members to both our offices in Manila and Markham. Both teams will be kicking off the new year in new offices, which are double the size of the old offices.
Awards and nominations
Book4Time was honored to receive a couple of awards this past year including:
- The Markham Board of Trade’s Business Excellence Award for the Global Business category, and
- The ISPA Innovate Award for the Technology and Equipment category.
Book4Time was also shortlisted for two Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Awards for Best Enterprise-Level SaaS Product and Best SaaS Product for Productivity. We’re happy to be recognized for our innovation and successes in the global marketplace for SaaS-based solutions.
New clients and go lives
Book4Time continues to outperform competitors by providing innovative, technology-based solutions.
We welcomed several new clients to our family including: Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Equinox, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Delta Hotels, Vintners Inn, The Club at Admirals Cove, Jumeirah Hotels, Eldorado Resorts, WTS International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Solaya Hotels & Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, and many more.
Partnerships, integrations, and product launches
We created partnerships with MINDBODY, the world’s leading wellness services marketplace, and with WTS International, a world leader in spa, lifestyle and fitness consulting and management.
Additionally, we added new vendors and PMS integrations, such as AutoClerk, BookingCenter, Cenium A/S, INNkeeper, ResortSuite, Hotelogix, inroad, IQWARE, Maestro PMS, Hotello by Mingus Software, RezStream, RMS, RoomKey, and StayNTouch.
We’ve also continued to improve our product, Guest Intake. We’ve added new features to our online intake form platform, such as kiosk view and customer-based forms.
Product launches in 2018 included the Book4Time Tablet App 2.0, which allows spas to manage day-to-day business operations on any mobile device.
Here’s to 2019
This year has proven that there is a need for innovation in the spa, salon and wellness industry, and that as the market leader serving enterprise spa and wellness organizations, Book4Time is meeting that need in a way that the competition isn’t.
In the coming year, we will continue to provide solutions that meet the requirements of a dynamic and growing industry.
Amazing things are to come in 2019, including several more features and updates to our Book4Time spa management software, and our online intake solution, Guest Intake. Moreover, we have exciting new products coming along that I can’t wait to share.
We will continue on our hiring spree and fill our new big new office with the best, most dynamic team of talent we can find. We also plan on doubling our sales and we will be launching a brand new website.
