Book4Time launches ‘Reservation Cart’ to Enhance Seamless Customer Experiences

This feature allows guests to be booked into any offered activity such as a yoga class and also for spa services without having to create multiple bookings or asking your guest to endure multiple checkout processes across departments.

This new experience also allows you to choose from thousands of colors with Book4Time’s color tool, allowing you to assign a unique color to each reservation you book. After selecting the primary guest for the reservation, you can add a combination of services and activities. Next, you can add additional guests with their own services and activities, even booking the appointments across multiple days.

Clients such as Edgewood Tahoe use Book4Time to manage cabana bookings whereas Fairmont Banff Springs uses our activities scheduler for unique experiences such as virtual escape rooms, campfire pit rentals, nature walk tours, bike tours, booking a craft class.
