Integrate World of Hyatt & Book4Time

Book4Time’s relationship with Hyatt started in 2012 when we won their Spa Software RFP. Hyatt was historically using Reservation Assistant and prior to that Spa Soft. This integration allows for redeemable rewards points and member lookups across all World of Hyatt members.

Key Features

  • Hyatt team members are able to go in and search by World of Hyatt ID or email address to lookup a guest account and see points available for redemption upon checkout
  • Members can also opt to not use their points at time of checkout but continue to gain points for use across all Hyatt brands for every dollar spent in the spa
  • Ability to view the volume of guests redeeming points points for payment via tender type
