Integrate FS-PMS with Book4Time
FS-PMS is the proprietary property management system used in Marriott hotels. Marriott developed this PMS system themselves to fit the needs of their business in all the hotels they own and operate throughout the world.
Book4Time communicates with the FS-PMS system using the Micros 4700 standard. The standard defines how the two systems communicate with each other, which messages can be sent, and controls how each system behaves in terms of the sending and receipt of messages.
Key features of the integration between FS-PMS and Book4Time include:
- Ability to query reservations in the FS-PMS system, and see details of the reservation directly in Book4Time
- Post charges to a guest or group master folio in FS-PMS, and receive instant feedback on success or failure of the posted charge
- Send revenue breakdown of posted charges, to provide the front desk with clarity behind the charges, to answer any guest queries about postings
- Support for 4 custom revenue buckets, 3 tax buckets, and 2 gratuity buckets for posted charges
