Book4Time was founded by tech entrepreneur and early-stage investor Roger Sholanki, with grandiose ambitions to assist any business book time for appointment-based services – also known as “Book4Time.”

By 2012, Book4Time witnessed an increasing demand from hotels to utilize its platform for booking spa treatments, classes, resort activities, and amenities. Betting on the emerging wellness trends in the hospitality industry, the company pivoted to exclusively focus on the global hotel and resort market as the platform and system of record for all wellness-related ancillary revenue bookings.
