I really like that Book4Time is cloud-based. The software system that we were using before wasn't and that brought a lot of issues with the server. It used to freeze often and required a lot of rebooting and logging off and logging back in. Also, you had to pay for every feature separately if you wanted add-ons. So, it was a lot more expensive. Book4Time is like a bundle. You don't have to pay separately for everything, like mobile and online booking.
