Using Hapi’s intuitive information sharing platform appointments booked in Book4Time will be recorded in Salesforce as a Guest Activity. Making it easier for you to keep track of guest experiences, make recommendations and so much more.
The Guest Activity is an Itinerary record that gets tied to a Guest Profile and optionally, a Hotel Reservation allowing you to identify guest footprints across departments and forecast future revenue based on guests habits.
