Prior to joining Book4Time, Vinay spent 15 years in similar roles leading client services and global support organizations for SAP, VMware and Symantec Cloud as coach and mentor to cross-functional teams.

As the VP of Operations, Vinay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to build, coach and lead Book4Time’s global expansion with direct responsibility for customer satisfaction, retention and operations with the ultimate goal of driving the best customer experience for our clients.

His passion for customer success and leading by example continues to play a key role in driving the highest client retention and satisfaction rate in our industry.
